Delicious ready sauces, made from chopped tomatoes and carefully selected raw ingredients from Puglia, prepared with passion to obtain: Sugo all'Arrabbiata (spicy tomato sauce), Sugo alle Olive (tomato and olive sauce), Sugo Carciofi e Ricotta (tomato, artichoke and ricotta sauce). Perfect for making delicious pasta dishes in only 5 minutes. Just pour the contents of the jar onto the hot pasta, dress with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and serve. In keeping with typical local produce, this "Sugo alle Olive" is made from typical chopped tomatoes from Puglia, pitted olives from the Azienda Agricola De Carlo, mixed vegetables(celery, carrots, onions), salt and garlic.

Finished off with extravirgin olive oil from the De Carlo olive press.
